We continue to follow the guidelines and official advice from the Government and from Public Health England regarding the operation of shopping centres.

Our main priority is looking after the health and safety of visitors to our centre, retailers, their employees, and our staff.

While our centre has remained open throughout the crisis to meet the needs of local communities, giving access to essential stores, from Friday 24th July a face covering must be worn at all times in our shopping centres and the shops within. This is as per Government guidelines.

We would urge you to check any store’s website before setting out as there may be alterations to their standard opening times.

We continue to take the cleanliness of our centres extremely seriously, paying particular attention to common areas ensuring they are as clean as they can be. We have temporarily closed the public toilets in a number of centres along with baby changing facilities and public seating areas in the interest of public safety, this will be reviewed on a regular basis.

We also ask all visitors to the centre to adhere to the below safe shopping guidelines:

• Wear a face covering at all times
• Stand 2m (6ft) away from people who are not from your household throughout your shopping experience, social distancing markers and signs will be in situ
• A number of centres will be operating a one way only policy, these will be clearly marked out and we ask all visitors to adhere to the signage and markings for safety
• You may experience delays in accessing certain shops due to limited numbers being allowed within stores, we thank you in advance for your patience
• Waiting and group congregation will be prohibited, with the exception of controlled store queues
• Entry to the centre may be ceased at any time in order to control numbers within the centres
• Centres that have lifts and escalators will have restrictions, please check on site signage and notices
